About this role
• Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items. • Visit mandi 2–3 times a week and ensure stock is delivered to The Salad House prior to 6:45 AM. • Build relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules. • Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards. • Maintain procurement records, pricing, and inventory data. • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth daily functioning.
